Fat Filled Milk Powder (FFMP) Instant is an affordable ingredient that contains dairy goodness and delivers excellent performance in a wide range of applications, as an alternative source of dairy nutrition.

Instant Fat Filled Milk Powder is used to prepare liquid milk for drinking, cheese, yoghurt and ice-cream.

In fat filled milk powders, proteins come indeed from non-fat milk solids, whereas fat is of vegetable origin.

Ingredients:  skimmed milk ,milk solids, vegetable fat

Options  : sugar, vitamins/minerals, lecithin (for instant powder, lecithin adjunction is required)

Fat content : 28% (available also on 26%)

Protein content  : 4% - 24% 

Instant : lecithin, soya or sunflower

Fortified : Possible adjunction of vitamins or minerals 

Applications  : Recombined liquid milk, coffee and tea whiteners, chocolate, desserts, cream fillings, ice cream, sauces and in other preferred use in food industry.
