Instructions for use:

  • Brownies Mix - 1000gr

  • Eggs - 200gr

  • Vegetable oil - 185gr

  • Water - 45gr 

Mix the ingredients together using a flat mixer at low speed until the ingredients are mixed , then mix them at low speed for about 2 minutes. Pour the dough into baking tins. 1-1,5 cm (h) cake: bake at 180ºC for about 22 minutes; 3 cm (h) cake: bake at 180ºC for about 30 minutes.

Sugar, wheat flour, cocoa, vegetable fat, eggs, salt, emulsifiers, SMP
