Easy to prepare
- Belgian Waffle Mix – 500g
- Oil – 115g
- Water – 450g
Blend all the ingredients together, then beat them in the mixer using a thin wire whisk for about 4-6 min. Bake the dough in a waffle-iron for 4-5 min at 210-230ºC
Wheat flour, sugar, wheat starch, milk proteins, raising agents, eggs, emulsifiers, salt, aroma
