Alinda’s ”Custard Cream Mix” is meant to easily prepare a cream that can perfectly be used cold and baked, without losing its properties. It is possible to effortlessly make cream that can be used for cheese pastries, puff pastries, croissants, cupcakes, eclairs, and doughnuts.
Just add water!
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- Custard Cream – 400 gr
- Water – 1000 gr
Pour the cream concentrate into a suitable container, add fresh water and then beat or mix for 2-4 minutes. The cream is suitable for baking and freezing applications.

The cream has uniform consistency and a delicate vanilla flavour, it is resistant to high temperatures, and can be frozen too.
